Position: Account Manager
Account Manager to help grow the business by maintaining current customers and obtaining new customers by selling equipment and services.

Description:

Account Managers sell new phone systems by understanding customers needs, uncovering applications, and selling a solution that will benefit the customers.  They maintain a solid opportunity funnel by visiting prospects, direct mailings to targeted customers, and maintaining network partner relationships, as well as prospecting for new customers via phone calls and cold premise visits.  Customer proposals will be developed using existing templeates.  Account Managers must stay up-to-date with current technology by educating themselves and understanding the applications.  Above all, they are to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by being honest with new prospects and existing customers.

Position Requirements:   

  • Understand telephony and how technology can benefit and solve customers’ problems or needs
  • The ability to aggressively pursue opportunities
  • Organizational skills
  • Sales Experience
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
