When you purchase telecommunications products from Provado Technologies, Inc., you receive more than the standard Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty.  You receive the Provado Limited Warranty, which includes FREE access to one of the most effective Help Desk Support centers in the industry.

However, after your Limited Warranty is no longer valid (usually one year from the date of purchase), you may find yourself on your own to combat whatever issues you may encounter with your telephone system.
