Premise-Based PBX
With a Premise-based PBX, you own the system and the hardware is located on your property.    

Hosted PBX
A hosted PBX allows you to essentially rent the system, requiring nothing on site other than the telephones themselves.  With minimal to no up-front cost and flexible monthly charges, this option can provide a feature-rich system that includes monitoring and maintenance with minimal budgetary impact.

Hybrid
For some businesses, the Hybrid scenario offers the best of both Premise-based and Hosted PBX concepts.  You own the phones while benefitting from the ease of use associated with the Hosted solution’s monitoring and maintenance of the system.
